We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

At Sarubian, we take immense pride in the meticulous craftsmanship of our jewelry, resulting in one-of-a-kind pieces that embody our dedication and artistry. Each creation requires considerable time and investment, which is why we have a strict return policy: we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged during transit. In such instances, please capture multiple photos of the package before opening it, the shipping label on the package, along with images of the damaged item, within 24 hours of delivery. 7. Warranty & Repairs

• CAUTION: This product has magnets and small beads which are hazardous for children. Swallowed magnets can lead to serious injury that requires medical attention or even death. Keep this product out of reach of children. 9.3 By purchasing our products, the buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with their use.

• Do not submerge or soak your jewelry in water.

• Leather components should not be exposed to water.

• Avoid wearing jewelry in the bath, shower, pool, or any body of water.

• If your jewelry gets wet, dry it promptly with a soft cloth.

14. Gift Cards

Our gift cards are available in increments of $50, $100, $150, and $200. Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
